Let's Begin

Welcome to the Poe Family Weight Loss Blog.  I think we just keep putting off but I think the best time to start is now.  I will post my stats on the next post and then everybody who wants to join in can enter their stats as they wish.  We don't really have any rules or length of competition, so whoever thinks of any, let us know.
